Just dumping my memory card from this weekend. Gonna dump all my twitter pics from the spring before the end of the month. It's Unofficially summer and I ain't do any spring cleaning yet.

May 29, 2011

A few rides from this weekend. I'm a car fan and seeing clean joints on the street is better than paying to goto a car show if you ask me. Even with the traffic jams, not too many people are worried about the high gas prices this weekend. Cruising around looking at bad bitches and being seen makes you forget about the $3.95 a gallon.

May 28, 2011

Threw these up on twitter so you know I had to have them in the blog too. Finally put the little clips I shot together for a vid too.

In the pool. It's the same thing I did yesterday and a week before. As a matter of fact, it's all I be wanting to do. Swinm, drink, eat, fuck and do shit online. And guess what? It's all I do. As a cat told when I was visiting in Detroit..I've bucked the system. Everyday I do whatever the fuck I wanna do. I've always been the "what you see is what you get" type nigga. No bullshit or smoke & mirrors. If I said it, I did it and most likely you'll see it. So stop trying to play Sherlock Holmes and uncover shit about me. Shit's entertaining though. I try to explain to muhfuckas that sitting on my ass making more money than a lot of people make at jobs they hate didn't just happen overnight or over a series of weeks or even months. Or that I'm some dude in the hood who was broke and got lucky. Hell naw, never been broke financially, or any other kinda broken and never will be. Muhfucka, I have a strong work ethic. I graduated high school. Got 2 degrees, an A.A. and a B.A. from 2 different colleges in just 3 1/2 years of studying. Then for 2 years I worked at a managerial trainee at a credit company and after that I worked for a big 3 company for 10 years. During the 12 years of working I even came a few classes away from getting an MBA but realized I wasn't even gonna be using it. lol, I always get the feeling that people think I stumbled into the life I'm living now. Or that I don't really enjoy travelling and partying with new bitches all the time. If I didn't. I'd find a lame bitch with a good education and a good paying job. Get married, buy a big ass house in an area that most you niggaz couldn't even afford property tax in. Every once in a while I just like to explain this in the blog. I don't wanna call it venting because I ain't mad. Just find myself scratching my head trying to figure out WHY other people think the way they do. More Muhfuckas should think the way I do. Visualize what you want, make a plan to get it, set some goals and watch it become reality.

Just a couple spots that I notice are still around. Riding down south as a kid I use to love stopping at Shoneys because it was just like Elias Bros. Big Boys which were in Detroit and Frisch's Big Boy that were in Ohio I believe. The absolute worst place to stop for me was always Stuckeys. It seemed like back in the mid 80's every other exit on the highway had a Stuckeys restraunt. The food was horrible. Nowadays they're usually just attached to gas stations like the one up above.

May 28, 2011

Pictures from me making my way back down to the bottom a week and a half ago. I think I said 12 hours between Atlanta and Miami a few entries ago. It was more like 10 hours for me this time. No traffic and I was probably speeding a lil bit. I've been trying to decide what stretch of roadway worries me most. Alligator Alley where as you see up above there's no gas stations and anything else for that matter. Or the death valley out west. Don't try driving either with a fucked up car.

May 21, 2011

First let me say that the article above is comical. But I can only laugh because it ain't me at risk of it happening to anymore. I don't care who the fuck you are, or how good you are at what you do. The law of odds will eventually not be in your favor when what you're doing is dangerous. For the .com I've been in the streets shooting photos and video of what society considers the most dispicable, yet most vulnerable women in our society. I rolled the dice, made my money and I've walked away. These dudes that got hit by the bitch above might have been fucking with whores for 15 years before this shit happen. But guess what, it happened. And it only has to happen once for it to be fatal. These dudes are lucky they're still breathing. Either of the dudes could've been me. I even had thoughts about picking this broad up before, but I remember her always having niggaz lurking in the background. That's never good and always makes my senses "tingle". My senses have been "tingling" for a long time now. Too long, but I swear when I looked into the eyes and listened to the broad that I shot on April 15, 2011, I heard death giving me my last warning. I rolled the dice for the last time a few days later in Detroit because I wanted to create an ending for the current phase of the .com that you see. So on April 23, 2011 I shot the bitch that will complete 8 years of continuous updates and 10 years of material for the .com.

Yeah, I spent some more time in Atlanta, GA. It's important to understand that I'm a FREE muhfucka. Freedom is a bizarre concept to a lot of people in 2011. I don't have to be anywhere at any particular time. Meaning that I can be anywhere at any particular time. People that are tied down to certain shit or BROKE and living from check to check have a hard time understanding that. As I'll ONCE AGAIN explain in my next entry from my S. Beach office. I didn't just stumble into this lifestyle. Years ago, I made a plan, set goals, worked hard and then saved & invested. Atlanta is about 12 hours from Detroit and about 12 hours from Miami. This is like the halfway point when driving up and down I-75. Was rolling around today in my mustang fiending for my motorcycle. Definitely coming back up here with a trailer before the weather gets cold to ride.

May 19, 2011

I can't even tell you how many times I've travelled the routes from North to South over my life. But as you get older, you pay more attention to the nature of things. Riding through Kentucky was just so beautiful. Shit looked almost majestic.

May 19, 2011

I had bought this filter in Detroit that supposedly blocks out glass glare. So I was just doing a lil testing as I drove at 70 mph on I-75. Found out it doesn't work too well through tint though. Shot a few noteworthy places that I saw on my way back down south a few weeks ago. On top was a surprise to me. Didn't know those chairs' headquarters was in Monroe. Second picture is the front of the jeep factory. Been seeing that place for years, but never managed to snap a picture. This one is blurry but Yes, Toledo, Ohio where Jeeps are built. The bottom two pics are where Madza's are made.

May 13, 2011

The white car. I didn't even know these FIAT 500s were being built and shipped already. Looks a lot better in person than they do in pictures. I still think it's a bitch car though. Amazing how much the lines on it remind me of the caravan.

May 13, 2011

Saw my first Cheverolet Volt on the road in Michigan. Along with my first 2011/12 Explorer and 2011/12 Chrysler 300. Not sure why, but it always amazes me how many standard cars in the metro Detroit area aren't even shit people drive in other parts of the country. And I ain't believin' the hype that American car sales are up either. I wish they were, but I'm thinking someone fucked up the #'s just long enough to make shit look worse than it was. NOW they're showing you the REAL #'s. Tell you one thing though, that volt is a bad muthafucka. Can't wait to see how they implement the technology into the other divisions like Cadillac and GMC.

May 13, 2011

Ok, so imagine you're walking through the hood "exploring" and you see these rabid dogs fighting each other. Then they see you and decided to fight YOU. Not sure how I've never got gotten. And the thing about it is this is an area where they have found human body parts scattered. I remember a few years ago a dog was on someones front porch with a murdered chicks foot in its mouth.

May 12, 2011

Shot this on a building that I've fucked inside of when it was an illegit establishment. Anything went in this place after 2am on the weekends. But anywayz, the sign is slightly humorous, because many people don't think of addicts as being dangerous. It's quite the opposite though. Just a few weeks ago a bitch was telling me about the "stick and move" manuever that a hooker is using. She'll start to blow you, but then all of a sudden stick you with a needle, grab what she can from your car and run off. Yeah, sounds funny and you think that wouldn't be shit to a strong man. But it's always the initial shock that throws you off. And imagine the fear most muhfuckas would feel seeing a dirty needle stuck inside of them. I've mentioned it before on the .com but not here. I picked up my last "crackhead" on April 23rd. Shit is too wild out there in 2011.

May 9, 2011

One of the areas I use to roam around on feet for years. I'm talking about since the mid-90's. As late as 2008 I'd sometimes stroll through the area after getting off the airplane and back in town from places that you've seen me visit in this blog. I remember for one update, it was mid winter and I had just gotten back from Florida. Walking around this crazy area with my camera bags and new clothes in a duffle bag at 2am. Shot a bitch sucking my dick in the bottom of a crack apartment building for the .com and then stood at the bus stop and waited for the bus with no fear. I won't even get out of my car there now. Top picture is from 2006. The bottom picture was taken a few weeks ago when I was in Detroit.

May 9, 2011

As a matter of fact, I took so many pictures of spots around the D that I need to just unload them all from my camera. Now keep in mind, I didn't grow up in the city. These are areas that I didn't even first see until I was like in my last couple years of High School. In 1995, that corner on top was like a little piece of heaven to me. Everytime I'd pass by that mothafuckin' corner there would be a different bad bitch standing there with next to nothing on. Selling pussy. A lot of those hoes were still scattered around the city as late as 2010. I got them in my .com site, but they're way past their heydays of the early to mid 90's. I Just shot them for my own nostalgia. I've heard stories about how that corner in the 1980s looked like a porno flick box cover and that when I was first seeing shit, it was already just about dead. In 1995, that building was actually open too. It was a store that I remember a dude with one leg shorter than the other would always be hopping around serving customers. It's so hard to believe that this empty as area now use to be so vivrant. Yeah, it was a nasty area, but the thing is, it was a functioning section of the city. Now like I said, you couldn't even catch me waiting on the bus in this area. I wouldn't even get out my car to snap the photos. I just let the window down.

May 9, 2011

Thought this was odd. Houses burned down everywhere in sight. scrappers have stolen the gates. Yet the playground still stands. And it's one of the nicest ones I've seen in a while. An old school playground with the metal that kids like me would bust lips and break arms on. Even all the swings are still there. But tell me what child would wanna play in that area. Hell, what parent would even want their child playing there.

May 9, 2011

A couple of Detroit gems that would be impossible to replace in 2011. I'm not a construction dude, but If you walk up to the older buildings and examine the way the bricks were layed you'll notice the difference between anything that gets built today.

May 9, 2011

I thought this was a nice view. Windsor, Canada right beyond the Detroit River. A lot of people don't realize how important border areas are. Muhfucka, that's a whole 'nutha country over there. I'd imagine it looks prettier now though. Leaves have probably bloomed. Inside the city county building. You know this one right here...

May 9, 2011

It seems like they've been building this church forever. I'm just curious how lavish it's gonna look when they finish. And how many people are actually gonna be attending that huge muhfucka on the corner of 7 mile and Woodward.

May 9, 2011

Funny how FINALLY a lot of the spots that I've always wondered how they were still in business are starting to disappear. It's kinda sad because it would be old areas that small factory's use to be open near. The factory's have closed, but you can tell the old customers would still support the little joints but eventually they die out, move or just stop frequenting the spot.

May 9, 2011

Shot this only because everytime I've passed by it in Highland Park, Michigan for the last 5 years I've been thinking I should shoot it because I find it odd that it's actually still there even after the stores HIGHLAND APPLIANCES have been nonexistent for like 20 years now. It's slowing falling apart now though I see. When I was growing up. Going there or to Fretter was like going to Best Buy now. You can watch their old commercials on Youtube. I'm almost positive I got my Nintendo Entertainment System from Highland Appliances. Don't let me start digging for that reciept. Yall know I keep EVERYTHING.

May 9, 2011

Just a couple of nice old schools I spotted in the D. A donk style joint and a lowrider one.

May 8, 2011

I might've said this before, but it's getting worse. See, when I was coming up part of the appeal of White Castle was grabbing a dozen for like $5 and attempting to down them all. At these prices you're better off getting something off of McDonalds, Wendys or Burger Kings dollar menu now. $3.02 for a little ass Surf & Turf? Come on White Castle.

May 3, 2011

After years of trying to get a photo of this pretty fowl, I got one. A pheasant. There's a lot of them running around Detroit. Someone dumped them there years ago. Don't believe it's hard to snap a shot? Try walking up to one of these muhfuckas. Unfortunately, I only had my video camera with me. Shit still came out clear though.

May 3, 2011 too

So what have I been doing for the last week? lol, cookin' and eatin' all kinds of things that are "bad" for me. Learned a lot of my childhood favorite recipes AGAIN. Like anything, if you don't practice it, you will forget it. I had forgotten. My favorite sweet in the whole fuckin' world is Pecan Candy. I made it a priority to stop in Georgia to get pecans as I drove north. Didn't realize they're out of season but nevertheless merchants have frozen them and they still taste ok. But boooy do they charge a lot for them right now. It's a well established fact that I'm cheap. But hey, I love looking at all the numbers in my savings account. I stopped at a couple of spots and the cheapest I found was that bag you see me holding. $30 for it. No, I'm not giving away the recipe, but this shit is so delicious. My only fear is that I'ma make too much and burn myself out. I may try to experiment a lil by putting in chocolate and other shit. The simplicity of making this amazes me.
