Her name is Stephanie, I was telling her about my porn sites and then she started telling me how a lot of big companies used to approach her all the time in the 80's. She doesn't want her face shown. If you've listened to a few of my podcasts, I've told you how I was gonna buy an old crackhouse and turn that mothafucka into a studio that I can use whenever I'm in the "D". Well, 2 weeks ago I closed on one. Keep in mind, I could have just squatted or hijacked one of those mothafuckas, but I wanted to do this shit legally cause I intend on being away from that mothafucka for possibly months at a time as I travel. Thats kinda why I can't show you nosey mothafuckas much more the wall up above. I feel like a thief for all I got with this crib. I wish I could show yall the huge lot. or should I say lots. See in Detroit you have a lot of areas that have been abandoned. You literally have whole blocks here that only have one or two houses on it. and you also have areas with fucked up zoning. meaning some of the oldschool homes sit in places where you'd think a building should be. This crib I'm fixing is like a mothafuckin' fortress. I copped a gem and I'm seriously thinking about selling my main crib and moving into this joint. But if I did cash out my current home, I know my attention would quickly drift towards a spot in the 'burbs. Just as easy as it is to cop a home in the city of Detroit, you can catch a deal outside of the city because mothafuckas are losing their homes. You got families that tried to do too much and now that the economy has gotten bad, they're fucked. Foreclosures have skyrocketed in suburban Detroit. People laugh, but I'm at the point now where I don't like having bills. Cause you never know when what you got going on is gonna end. Whether it be a hustle or a job, if that shit ends, you can't pay them bills. You put yourself at the risk of getting repoed, forclosed, sued, etc. But when you own all your shit, nobody can take shit away from you.
