I'm sure regulars that read this blog know how much I love pizza. Especially NY style pizza. There's only one thing better than a hot slice of Pizza from NYC and that's a slice of Chicago Pizza. More specifically a Pizza from Giordano's, the best pizza spot in Chicago. Their shit taste so good that a place in Detroit, called Pizza Papalis copied them. I'll grab one of those tommrow and show yall the similarities. Now Stuffed or deep dish pizza is what Giordanos is famous for, but I prefer that thin crusted shrimp pizza that you're looking at above. It sure does beat the hell out of Dominoes, Papa Johns or Pizza Hut thats for sure.

Saturday Afternoon, I got bored. A perfect time to visit Chitown. Even though "The Go" is only about 4 hours from Detroit(driving fast) I rarely go. As a matter of fact, it had been a few years for me. I had an amazing time. The nightlife is incredible and the daytime was filled with shit to do. but kept asking myself why I hadn't spent more time there over the years. The downtown scene is beautiful, the people were cool. Man, I just had an all around good time. I Met a few broads that did some porn for me Which I'll put up on my .com site in a few days. They made this trip very, very worthwhile. Shit, it was just all good. If I were about 10 years younger, fresh outta college and just starting out in the business world, Chi-city would be the spot I'd be trying to be. Chicago used to feel like a supersized Detroit to me, but now it gives me the vibe of a small, less hectic NYC. Take a look at some of the shots I snapped below.

I had never seen Faygo Cola anywhere outside of Michigan before this past weekend. Yep, in Tampa Florida, they got Faygo. If you look back through this blog in June 2007, you'll see the profile I did on the Detroit drink. Below the soda, you'll see some shots of the hood in Tampa. See when I was in Tampa back in May, I was on the white side. This time I visited the black side of the city. I swear to yall, I saw some of the baddest bitches that I have ever seen in my life in the Gyro restaraunt that you can barely see next to that church up above. It was about 3am and there is a little neighborhood bar across the street from there and OMG when that mothafucka closes, ass and titties be everywhere. The next time I goto florida, I might have to just stay in Tampa the whole time.

When I saw this dude walk into Wendys, I knew it was gonna be a clown(lol, his shoes even match his skirt) show so I immediately started snapping photos of him. just paid for a single classic combo and some chicken nuggets. The bitch that took my order was so got damn rude. I mean I have no probs with the fast food mothafuckas in Detroit or L.A., but in Miami, people flippin' burgers and doing minimum wage jobs just don't give a fuck. The bitch actually threw my food at me. and It was almost like she was daring me to say something to her about it. I didn't say shit, cause I didn't feel like arguing. I was just happy to be in some A.C. after walking 3 blocks from the mall on 36th street. But just bcause I wasn't trippin' off her fucked up attitude, didn't mean everybody else was gonna let it ride. This flaming faggot comes walking in and the bitch behind the counter started some bullshit with him too. He said, "Honey, if you're gonna act like the bitch that you are, you can cancel my order and give me a refund." the wendys bitch said," I'm not giving you shit back." When I heard that, I was in utter disbelief. That would have been an automatic Firing and possibly a lawsuit against the company where I'm from. the faggot then said, "Let me speak with your manager." the wendys worker said, "She ain't here." The faggot stormed out to his car, I guess to get his cell phone or something. in the meantime, she tossed his money on the counter. A 10 dollar bill and it was just sitting there. I was like fuck it, walked up, grabbed it and then went back to my seat. By the time the faggot came back in, The wendys worker was sayin, "that boy ova there took your money." As he was walking over my way, he was muttering, "This is why I moved to San Fransisco, nothin' but theives here in miami. You all are going to hell". I knew the fruitloop wasn't gonna do shit to me. Before I turned the camera on, he had threatened to have his boyfriend come in and beat my ass. Then everyone around me started laughing so he said he would call the cops. I was praying that he did that. I would have loved to see the police expression when they walk in seing him in a skirt. lol, enjoy the clip below.

Yeah, I've said it before, I'm a reeeeal lucky dude. It ain't like anyone got hurt or anything, but still. I might have been the one mothafucka to have a heart or asthma attack if I had been on that plane. Fortunately, I missed the right HART bus(30) in Tampa and had to flag down a taxi which made me late to the airport. So eventhough I was scheduled to be on that flight that had the emergency stop, I wasn't. I've been sitting in the port for the last few hours on standby for another flight. This unfortunately is the bad part about flying on a whim. I'm just hoping I get home by midnight so I can get a few hours of sleep before work in the morning.

Okay, I flew into Miami, hit up South Beach last night and had an amazing time. I did this update poolside at my hotel in Miami this afternoon, but I'm upping it now as I'm stopped at a gas station on the way to Tampa. Something about Tampa just turns me the fuck on(probably the women). Then I just realized that the superbowl is gonna be there in about 8 months. Definitely a good look for that city. PEACE!

Alright, travelling is definitely my addiction. I just haven't been able to get florida out of my head. I can't wait to get to Biscayne Blvd, fuck around in Overtown. Shit, I was up in my 9 to 5 all mothafuckin' day dreamin' about clubbing on South Beach tonight. The bitches, the bitches, the bitches. Man, I can't stay in Detroit this weekend, I'm on my way down to Miami(again). It's 6pm now, I'm on the Detroit city bus takin' it to the Suburban Smart 125 bus, then I take that mothafucka all the way to Metro Airport(DTW) buy me a roundtrip ticket and then after a 2 hour flight I'll in Miami by 9pm. No luggage, just my laptop, a camcorder, a still camera and cash in my pocket. Life is definitely good. No wait, I think I wanna do Tampa again. Check my May entries, the bitches there are okay too. Then again, I could fuck with Orlando. Shit, I guess you'll have to check back later. I will tell you this though, I'm not doing Wack-ass Jacksonville though.

Okay, So like I told yall last entry, I was trying to decide where to go for the weekend. I get a kick out of buying plane tickets with my porn income. Don't get it twisted or nothing, I'm not trying to pretend like I'm ballin' or anything, everyone knows porn pays. But you know what. My mothafuckin' feet are still hurting from walking around NYC on Wednesday. Plus I've given myself a headache trying to figure out where to go(I really kinda feel like just relaxing at the crib in L.A.) But As you can see in the photo up above, I went to the casino and pretty much saw the only palm trees I think I'm gonna see this weekend(See those planted Detroit palm trees lol). Hell, we got tropical temperatures here right now So I'm staying in the "D". I think. Stay tuned.

Now this shit was sooooo funny. Apparently someone was doing a photo shoot in Timesquare(excuse her Redeyes, white or light complextion people always end up having red eyes when I shoot their photo). There was a huuuuuge crowd watching, thinking they were looking at a Supermodel or something. People were screaming "We love you" and all kinds of crazy shit. Me, being the nigga I am, I had to know just who she was. But none of the tourist knew. So I strolled up to one of the organizers, told him that the chick was beautiful and simply asked who the fuck the broad was.....lol, click the little clip below to hear what he said. You gotta love New York. I'm doing either Vegas, Houston, Atlanta or Miami this weekend. Yall probably already know I'm leaning heavily to South florida though. MIA!

As you can see, I found a reason to go to NYC. Although New York is so close to Detroit, it's just hard for me to convince myself to go. The traffic, the crowd and the fast pace of everthing there really tires me the fuck out. I won't even start telling yall about the cold ass winters. I'm back in Detroit right now, typing this with my feet soaking in a tub of epsom salt. When I was a teenager, hell even in my early 20's, NYC was the "it" place for me. But now I see why a lot of NY catz move to Florida on the low. It ain't my favorite place in the country anymore, but there ain't another place in the world like it and I love it. Like I said in my last .com update, I should've flew in on Monday because then I would have been able to actually go into stadium and take photos for yall. Homerun Derby tickets where goin' for about $150 But there was no way in Hell I was gonna pay $500 per ticket to watch the actual game from bleacher seats(normally $25 tickets). Hell, I woudn't even pay $300 per ticket when the 2005 allstar game was in Detroit at Comerica Park. Click here to see a photo from that. To put them ticket prices in perspective, you can buy season tickets for the Detroit Lions for about $200 more than what one 2008 AllStar game ticket was going for. I was with my homegirl tuesday, and she really ain't a baseball fan anyways. It was her first time in NYC so, just seeing the sites was cool to her. We bar hopped, met baseball fans from all over the world. We kinda got tired of the South bronx fast though so we hit the subway and went to Harlem and then we hit Timesquare and finally ate a late dinner in Manhattan. Normally, I'd show yall photos of me in the restaurant eatin' and shit, but ol' girl got embarrassed with me and my cameras, so I chilled. Hopefull yall checked out the shit I took live. I gotta goto the 9 to 5 in the morning, but When I get some rest, I'll eventually incorporate those photos into this entry.

So yeah, back on May 21st, I showed you Tiger Stadium before the demolition crew had arrived. Well, they're there now. They started dismantling the stadium earlier this week. In a matter of months, That old ball park will be no more. There's a dude that stole one of the bricks from the site and has it listed on ebay. Click here to see. It's currently at $26.50. Easy money. I guess anyone could run up an grab a brick(watch all the copycats that pop-up). It just ain't my thing though. As a matter of fact, up above is the last pictures I'll take. Today, I'll be in New York City. I'll get a chance to take a few photos of Yankee Stadium, and basically just party. I really just needed a few weekdays away from the 9 to 5. Below is the link I want you to use to see my day in NYC "LIVE". Nokia has a site that allows you to shoot photos and video from with you celly, then upload it and it instantly apprears on your designated channel. I normally like to keep everything on my own server, But I thought this was kinda nice and convenient. Shit, I'll just transfer the live shit to this blog when I get back. So yeah, I upped a test image a few minutes ago, so it is working.

Now What kind of Coney Island Restaraunt closes? Apparently the ones in L.A. Now they ain't nothing like the 24 hour Coney Island joints in Detroit, they don't even put chili on your shit here. Buuuut I figured I'd grab a couple dogs on my way to the airport. Guess not. Ended up, passing by a Bob's Big Boy(same food, but different ownership than the Big Boys in Michigan) and then passed by an In N Out, which there aren't any of in detroit, and ended up getting some carls Jr. That Captain Crunch shake is good as a mothafucka. I told yall I love fast food. So yeah, that was this past weekend. I'll be heading back to L.A. in 2 weeks, but Next weekend, I'm either doing Miami or Chicago. However, part of me wants to find a way to get away from my 9 to 5(maybe I'll have a fever) next tuesday though, cause the 2008 MLB allstar game will be at Yankee Stadium. Now I ain't gonna front like I can actually cop some tickets, but since it's the final allstar game at Yankee Stadium, the atmosphere in the city should be exciting. Hell NYC is only an 11 hour drive from Detroit.

Of course as usual, something was being shot. Not sure what it was, but it seemed low budget, cause my black ass was walking right next to the photographers and behind actors like I was part of the crew. I don't think they had any security at all. With the exception of an Ugly Betty episode, I've never actually seen the finish product of anything I've seen being shot in L.A. Shit, most of the time, like here you don't even know what's being filmed.

Also on Washington, I spotted the NFL network studios. An amazingly pretty looking building. I love that purple. Then of course I found the vans store, where I copped a few pairs of shoes and a couple Tee's.

I had no fuckin' idea how massive Sony Pictures was. In Culver City over the weekend, while looking for the vans shop, I figured I'd so a lil site seeing. Now, in the Detroit area, I've been to the Ford Motor Company world Headquarters, The GM RenCen World HQ, and Chryslers Headquarters. I thought those places were pretty huge. Especially Chryslers spacious tech center. But when You're looking at All the shit Sony Pictures has stacked in Culver City, it seems unreal. I'm sure they offer tours and that type of shit, but I'm not into that. So I just figured I'd show you some photos I shot off of Washington. Now these studios actually used to be the MGM studio, the same place where the wizard of oz was filmed over 50 years ago.

Its no secret that I'm a fast food junky. At least one of my meals each day comes from a fast food joint. I went to Culver City over the weekend to pick up some shit from the Vans store that I was told to check out. And I almost got hit car accident when I saw "it". Of course "it" being an old school Taco Bell sign. Yep, if yall grew up in the early eighties like me, seeing it will probably spark some memories. Some old dude saw me taking pictures and said, "Yeah, most people are stunned when they see that place." Apparently this Taco Bell is just one of a few that have been suspended in time. It missed the facelift that took place in the late 80's that changed the logo to a different yellow bell with a brown background. It also missed the remodeling that occured in the 90's that introduced the current purple bell bullshit. It's appearance may be unique, but the food, taste just like it does at any other Taco Bell across the country.

Shit, when I was in highschool, I remember putting $5.00 worth of unleaded in my tank and rolling on it for a few days. Hell, I remember putting $5.00 in my tank and it getting me to and fro my 9 to 5 each day(yep, I'm that dude that never fills up a tank) three years ago. With the prices up above, you can't even drive all the way across town. But that's L.A. though. it's still only about $4.15 a gallon for unleaded in the "motor city".

I started out the day in the "D". Had breakfast at Mickey D's on Woodward, and then hopped on then 125 bus and headed to the airport. You can see me reading the Detroit News as I rode. About 5 hours later, I found my self just off the shuttle at LAX waiting on the city bus to take me to my crib. See me reading the L.A. times paper as I wait. Now, I'm doing this update at about 10:30 cali time, so it's already July 5th in Detroit, but I actually just came back from watching fireworks on King. The only reason I shot home is because my cell phone batteries died and I hate the feeling of being "disconnected". My night ain't done yet though.
